As Chief Operations Officer at Patrick Adair Designs, Lewis oversaw the operational growth as they scaled from $10,000 of revenue per month to over averaging $165,000 of revenue per month. He built a team of 15 employees manufacturing and fulfilling 7,000 handmade products from Salt Lake City, Utah. As COO, Lewis also oversaw the marketing strategy that grew the company. Using a combination of leveraging organic social media platforms, paid traffic, and conversational marketing, they were (and are) able to maintain 40% Year over year growth for the past 4 years.
