You must complete the entire program and actively participate throughout. This includes working through the full curriculum, completing the Action Plans, implementing the strategies provided, and tracking your progress using the CEO Dashboard (or an equivalent system). Refunds are not given because you changed your mind, found the plan unsuitable, lacked access to required equipment, experienced technical issues, found the program confusing, or simply didn’t enjoy the experience. These terms are without exception.
You must:
- Complete the full program, including all Action Plans and debriefs
- Actively track your progress through the CEO Dashboard (or equivalent system)
- Attend scheduled accountability and coaching calls.
- Show a consistent effort to implement the strategies recommended.
Any program guarantees will not apply to clients who:
- Miss calls, skip action plans, or don’t complete the required actions
- Fail to engage with the program materials or support provided
- Do not make a reasonable effort to implement the plan in their business.
- Download the materials without participating, or request continued access without active implementation.
This is a performance-based program built for committed retail/eCommerce business owners.
Action Takers Guarantee
To claim under the Action-Takers Guarantee, you must complete the Action Plans delivered and provide proof of strategy implementation (Debrief). The refund form must be lodged within 14 days of the purchase date.
Accounts in Arrears
If your account falls into arrears, we reserve the right to postpone any coaching calls, consulting sessions, access to products or services, or any other support until your account is brought up to date.
A Late Payment Fee may be included on any accounts outstanding for more than 7 days.
A fee of $50 per month of outstanding monies will be charged, along with interest at a rate of 10%pa, calculated daily.
We reserve the right to forward any outstanding accounts to a third party for collection.
If we incur legal fees, costs, and disbursements to collect our invoices, in addition to interest/fees on the unpaid balance, you will be liable to reimburse us for these expenses.

No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in any Program.
All sales and Agreements are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Program Terms & Conditions
- As a member of the Program, you understand information, techniques, skills and concepts shared by trainers and speakers and all audio and video recordings, on-line training videos, information, manuals, checklists, documents, websites and other materials (Program Materials) are not to be relied on as any type of professional, financial or other advice.
- The Program and the Program Materials may only be used for educational purposes and only for non-commercial use.
- During sessions, guests may choose to share with you private information that they do not want repeated outside the Program environment. If informed, please be respectful and refrain from discussing such information outside the environment.
- The Program, the Program Materials, and user names and passwords provided to you are confidential and must not be given to or shared with people outside the Program Community. The only exception to this is that you may share relevant information with your staff for the purposes of them implementing the ideas shared in your business.
- Payments must be made in full prior to enrolment, or in the case of payment plans, on the specified date of the month. Should your credit card expire, you will be required to supply new details that will take you up to the end of the agreed payment period. We reserve the right to suspend your access to the program until your payments are up to date.
- If your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs that would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including commission on collection of the additional costs, and also including legal demand costs.
- Overdue accounts will be subject to late payment fees, as detailed in our full terms and conditions.
- With regards to all events, unless specified otherwise, flights, accommodation, meals, drinks, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the Program member.
- Program Intensives/events/retreats can only able to be attended by the designated member/s included within this participation agreement.
- We reserve the right to vary this Agreement, revise Program content, cancel or reschedule part of The Program, or make other changes to The Program as reasonably required.
- No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in The Program.
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
