Here I am on Day 2 of Natalie Sisson, The Suitcase Entrepreneur’s, 15 Day Blog Challenge.
Each morning, a challenge is issued.
And today, it’s about MIA’s.
No, not the stuff that goes Missing In Action, but your Most Important Actions.
The things you should do first, before all those busy-work tasks. The things that will create the most leverage in your business.
According to Natalie, you shouldn’t have more than 3 MIA’s for any one day.
I didn’t have to think too hard about what my MIA’s for the next few days are. It’s the weekend, so whilst I will do a little research on my MIA’s, weekends are family time.
My number one MIA is a big project that I can’t divulge just yet. It’s launching on Wednesday, so it needs to be ready to go.
I’m currently having some technical difficulties in the launch of this project, so that’s my biggest MIA. Getting that sorted, so come Wednesday, I can throw open the doors, and you can come and have a look.
My second MIA is watching the training videos for some new software I’ve just installed, and getting that up and running.
I’ve mind-mapped what I want it to do, so now it’s a case of putting all those scribbles into action.
I like this idea of MIA’s, and it ties in really well with my Avoid Overwelm Kit, which you can download for free.
Do you have to think hard about what your MIA’s are, or have they popped into your head as you’ve been reading?
Let me know – write it down and stay accountable!
